Role: Publisher Manager (China Market) – Remote

We are looking for a Publisher Manager with strong experience in the China market, responsible for onboarding, managing, and scaling high-quality publishers across performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems and proven relationships with publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and activate high-quality publishers (CPI/CPL/CPA models)
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing publishers
  • Drive campaign scale and revenue growth through publisher network expansion
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize traffic quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Identify new opportunities within the China ecosystem (OEMs, SDK traffic, affiliates, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance, fraud control, and traffic quality standards
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in publisher onboarding & management (must-have)
  • Strong network of publishers in the China market
  • Understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPL, CPA)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
