Role: Backend Developer

We’re looking for a talented Backend Developer to design and maintain robust, efficient, and secure server side systems that power our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance backend systems using Python and Node.js.
• Build, test, and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda.
• Integrate Pinecone for vector database and search capabilities.
• Oversee and fine-tune MongoDB databases for high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and scalable products.
• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing systems.
• Implement strong security and data protection measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python and Node.js development.
• Practical experience with AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
• Experience using Pinecone or similar vector database tools.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including optimization and indexing.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and serverless frameworks.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional databases or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML data workflows or pipeline development.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
